- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Malaysian buyers pay via FPX online banking. International buyers pay by Visa or Mastercard. Prices can be viewed in MYR, USD, SGD or IDR while the charge is made in Ringgit.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- No. Guest checkout is available — your receipt and access links are emailed to you. Creating an account keeps all purchases in one place.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital orders have a short refund window after purchase, and physical orders can be disputed after delivery. Requests are raised from the order page and reviewed by our team.
